Job summary

Security Bank Corporation is seeking a Customer Advisor to drive in-house sales, cross-sell bank products, and manage customer accounts to meet targets. You will open peso/dollar CASA accounts, handle roll-overs, renewals, terminations, and process matured placements, ensuring timely, accurate service in compliance with bank standards.

You will identify customer needs, support walk-ins, resolve complaints with BCMs, and process transactions per bank policies, while safeguarding cash vault duties

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of branch banking experience, preferably handling new accounts.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and build relationships through outreach and cross-selling.
• Assist walk-in customers by advising on bank products to meet their needs.
• Coordinate with BCM and units to resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Process over-the-counter transactions in line with Bank policies and service standards.
• Serve as primary co-custodian for Main Vault Door and Cash Safe, conduct end-of-day cash verification.
