Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of combined sales and operations experience in branch banking.

• Understanding of regulatory, quality control, and risk management framework.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer's needs and nurture relationships through marketing calls, cross-selling bank products, and strategies to increase dealings with the Bank.
• Assist walk-in customers by advising on bank products to meet their needs.
• Coordinate with BCM or concerned units to resolve customer complaints and ensure client satisfaction.
• Process over-the-counter transactions and requests per Bank policies to maintain service delivery within standards.
