Job summary

Security Bank is seeking a Customer Advisor to handle in-house selling, cross-selling of bank products, and managing a portfolio to achieve sales targets. You will process opening of peso/dollar CASA accounts and placements, renewals, terminations, and payments of matured placements, ensuring on-time and accurate service in line with bank standards.

You will identify customer needs, advise on bank products, and handle over-the-counter transactions while maintaining regulatory compliance and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of branch banking experience, preferably handling new account transactions.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service orientation.
• Solid understanding of regulatory, quality control, and risk management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Identifies customer needs and nurtures relationships through marketing calls and cross-selling of bank products and services.
• Assists walk-in customers by advising them on bank products to meet their needs.
• Manages and resolves customer complaints with BCM or concerned unit to ensure satisfaction.
• Processes over-the-counter transactions and requests per Bank policies to ensure timely service delivery.
• Acts as primary co-custodian to Main Vault Door and Cash Safe and conducts end-of-day cash verification per Bank procedures.
