Job summary

Security Bank Corporation in Metro Manila invites applications for a Customer Advisor - New Accounts Officer to handle in-house selling, cross-selling of bank products, and management of account portfolios to hit sales targets.

You will process opening of peso/dollar CASA accounts, renewals, terminations, and payments for matured placements, ensuring timely, accurate service in line with the bank's standards. Strong customer service and regulatory knowledge required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of combined sales and operations experience in branch banking.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service orientation.
• Solid understanding of regulatory, quality control, and risk management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and nurture relationships through marketing calls and cross-selling.
• Assist walk-in customers by advising on bank products to meet their needs.
• Handle customer complaints by coordinating with BCM to ensure resolution.
• Process over-the-counter transactions in accordance with bank policies.
• Serve as primary co-custodian to Main Vault Door and Cash Safe; perform end-of-day cash verification.
