Job summary

Security Bank Corporation in Manila is seeking a Customer Advisor to handle in-house selling and cross-selling of bank products while managing customer accounts to achieve sales targets.

You will process new peso/dollar CASA accounts, placements, renewals, terminations, and matured deposits, ensuring on-time, accurate service in compliance with the Bank's standards. Strong communication and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree course.
• At least 1 year of branch banking experience, preferably handling new accounts.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-service focus.
• Good understanding of regulatory, quality control, and risk management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Identifies customer's needs, maintains and nurtures customer relationships through marketing calls and cross-selling.
• Assists walk-in customers by advising them on bank products to meet their needs.
• Manages/attends to complaints to ensure resolution and client satisfaction.
• Processes over-the-counter transactions and requests per Bank policies and service standards.
• Acts as primary co-custodian to the Main Vault Door and conducts end-of-day cash verification per Bank procedures.
