Job summary

Security Bank Corporation is seeking a Customer Advisor in Metro Manila who will handle in-house selling, cross-selling of bank products, and manage a portfolio of accounts to meet sales targets. You will process new peso/dollar CASA accounts and placements, renewals, and terminations, ensuring on-time and accurate service delivery.

You will identify customer needs through marketing calls, assist walk-in customers, and handle over-the-counter transactions while upholding the bank's service

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree course.
• At least 1-year of branch banking experience, preferably handling new accounts.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service orientation.
• Solid understanding of regulatory, quality control, and risk management framework.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer's needs, maintain and nurture relationships through marketing calls, and cross-sell bank products and services.
• Assist walk-in customers by advising them on bank products to meet their needs.
• Process over-the-counter transactions and requests according to bank policies and service standards.
• Manage/attend to customer complaints, coordinating with BCM to ensure resolution.
• Act as co-custodian to the Main Vault Door and Cash Safe, performing end-of-day cash verification.
