Job summary

Security Bank in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Advisor - New Accounts Officer to drive in-house sales, cross-selling of bank products, and management of an account portfolio to meet sales targets. You will open peso/dollar CASA accounts, roll over, renew, terminate, and process matured placements while ensuring on-time, compliant service delivery.

3+ years of combined sales and operations experience in branch banking, preferably handling new account transactions.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service orientation.
Solid understanding of regulatory, quality control and risk management framework.

Responsibilities

Identifies customers' needs, maintains and nurtures relationships through marketing calls, cross-selling bank products and channels.
Assists walk-in customers by advising bank products to meet their needs and ensure active dealings with the Bank.
Manages and resolves customer complaints by coordinating with the Branch Channel Manager and/or units to ensure satisfaction.
Processes over-the-counter transactions and requests per Bank policies to ensure service standards.
Acts as primary co-custodian to Main Vault Door and Cash Safe, performing end-of-day cash verification.
