Job summary

RCBC Cebu City branch seeks a customer-focused teller to provide accurate over-the-counter services, open new accounts, and manage back-office tasks per branch policies. This role upholds compliance with BSP/AMLA regulations and supports business objectives through excellent service delivery.

You will assist the Service Manager in meeting service standards, promptly address client queries, and may be rotated to other branches or asked to work overtime to meet branch needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of 4 or more year course; business/service-oriented degree preferred.
• 1 year experience in Branch Operations preferred, fresh graduates welcome.
• Willing to render overtime as needed.
• Willing to rotate to other branches in compliance with bank requirements.
• Acts with sense of urgency and service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Performs tellering, new accounts related functions, other over-the-counter functions and back room functions as required in the Branch Operations Manual.
• Supports the Service Manager in achieving service standards by providing excellent service, fast turnaround time and error-free processing for client satisfaction.
• Attends and resolves customer queries and complaints, including complex issues when clients wait.
