Job summary

RCBC in Manila is seeking a customer-focused teller to provide competent, timely, and error-free over-the-counter services in the Business Center. You will ensure compliance with BSP/AMLA regulations, recognize risks, and support branch objectives through excellent service.

Qualifications

Graduate of any 4-year course.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Capable to handle complexity with efficient decision-making, diligence and time management.
Has controlling/monitoring skills and security awareness.
Empathic and able to engage with people.
Compassionate, service-oriented with focus on order, quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Able to ensure efficiency on par with the Business Center's Service Standards (e.g., standard line wait, service time within acceptable turn around time, error-free processing of transactions).
Support in process improvement and technology implementation on branch systems, aligned with bank policies.
Engage with the branch's clients and deliver excellent customer service and experience.
Perform administrative tasks in a systematic manner.
