Job summary

RCBC in the Philippines is seeking a Branch Teller/Operations role in Bacolod. You will perform tellering, new accounts functions, and back-office tasks according to the Branch Operations Manual, ensuring compliance with BSP/AMLA and internal policies while delivering excellent customer service. Graduate of a 4-year course; fresh graduates are welcome.

One year of Branch Operations experience is preferred. Willingness to render overtime and be rotated to other branches is required to support

Qualifications

• Graduate from a 4-year course; business or service field preferred.
• Fresh graduates welcome; one year experience in Branch Operations is a plus.
• Willing to render overtime as needed.
• Willing to rotate and/or cross posted to other branches in compliance with bank policies.

• Performs tellering, new accounts related functions, and other over-the-counter duties as required.
• Supports the Service Manager in achieving service standards with fast turnaround and error-free processing.
• Responds to customer queries and resolves complaints quickly and efficiently.
