RCBC in the Philippines seeks a customer-focused team member to provide competent, timely over-the-counter services in the Business Center. You will ensure compliance with internal policies, BSP/AMLA regulations, and bank procedures, while recognizing risk areas and applying controls.

You may be assigned to locations such as Katipunan, Visayas Ave., Diliman, Anonas, Timog Ave., Aurora Blvd. The ideal candidate is a graduate of any 4-year course, fresh graduates welcome, capable of handling

Qualifications

Graduate of any 4-year course.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Capable to deal with complexity, efficient in decision-making, diligent, and practices effective time management.
Has controlling and monitoring skills and security awareness.
Empathic and can easily engage with people.
Committed to the organization, people and service oriented, and values order, quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Provide competent, timely and error-free over-the-counter services.
Ensure compliance with BSP/AMLA regulations and bank policies.
Recognize risk areas and implement controls.
Support branch objectives through excellent customer service and related initiatives.
Be willing to be assigned to multiple locations: Katipunan, Visayas Ave., Diliman, Anonas, Timog Ave., Aurora Blvd.
