iSupport Worldwide is seeking a Supply Chain Order Management Specialist to support US-based clients from Cyberscape Alpha, Ortigas Center, Pasig City. The role focuses on releasing B2C orders, planning promotions, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring ISO 9001/ISO 14001 compliance to meet on-time fulfillment.

You will work on-site with US working hours and night shifts, handling high-volume orders, WMS/ERP systems, and strong customer liaison duties to deliver reliable service and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in order management, e-commerce fulfilment, or 3PL/logistics operations.
• Experience supporting US-based clients is preferred.
• Knowledge of WMS and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage B2C customer orders by releasing them efficiently to the distribution floor and ensure on-time shipment.
• Coordinate promotional programmes, product discounts, and new SKU launches affecting order volumes.
• Plan and execute order release strategies for promotions, peak seasons, and volume surges.
• Serve as liaison between customers and facilities, maintaining positive relationships and clear communications.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
