Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking an Order Administration Specialist to support our US distribution operations while working remotely from the Philippines. You will manage orders from interface to shipment, ensuring timely releases to the fulfillment floor and meeting daily cutoffs.

You will coordinate with internal teams on promotions, runbooks, and customer communications, while maintaining accuracy and ISO compliance. This role provides growth toward senior positions within Order Administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business or logistics.
• 2–3 years of experience in order management, e‑commerce fulfillment, or 3PL/logistics operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

Responsibilities

• Release B2C orders to the distribution floor, ensuring on-time shipping per cutoffs.
• Learn and apply B2C order types and routing to optimize releases.
• Coordinate promotions and new SKU releases to plan for volume spikes.
• Serve as liaison between customers and the facility and maintain good relationships.
• Identify root causes of order problems and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure ISO 9001/14001 compliance and adhere to Code of Conduct.
• Maintain accurate order records and related documentation.
