• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Experience with help desk or ticketing systems, e.g., Zendesk.
• Familiarity with Shopify or marketplace orders.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and work independently.

Responsibilities
