You will handle B2B sales, lead generation, and technical product recommendations, collaborating with engineering, warehouse, and logistics teams.

The role emphasizes CRM-driven account management, sales forecasting, and long-term relationships with partner brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering or related field.
• Background in Electrical Engineering through education or experience.
• Proven B2B sales experience in technical/industrial/electronic components industries.
• Experience supporting sales management: pipeline, forecasting, reporting.
• Ability to understand and explain technical products including ferrites, cores, TIMs.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of customers in telecommunications, power supply, and related industries.
• Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and qualification.
• Respond to inquiries and provide timely sales support.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and customized sales solutions.
• Recommend technical products in collaboration with internal engineering teams.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term growth.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
• Maintain records using CRM and sales tracking tools.
• Participate in product training to enhance knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.
• Support sales leadership with forecasting, reporting, pipeline management, and strategic initiatives.
