Job summary

HRTx Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an Order-to-Cash (O2C) Supply Chain & CSR professional for the night shift.

You will provide end-to-end order management for overseas markets, handling orders, shipping docs, and inventory alignment during 6:00 PM–3:00 AM. You will process POs, coordinate phase-ins/outs, issue export invoices and certificates of origin, manage GR/IR, and perform J-SOX controls across O2C processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or business course.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service in a multinational or shared services setup.
• SAP Experience (ECC, IBP, or Transportation) is highly preferred.
• Must be comfortable working the Nightshift schedule (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM)

Responsibilities

• Process Sales and Purchase Orders within ERP system modules (ECC, IBP, Transportation).
• Coordinate product portfolio phase-in/phase-out and maintain customer and material master data.
• Issue export and shipping documentation (proforma invoices, export invoices, certificates of origin) for customs clearance and accounting.
• Create service POs, post Goods Receipts (GR), and support monthly GR/IR clearing.
• Execute J-SOX controls across Order-to-Cash and inventory workflows.
