Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking an Order Administration Specialist to support a growing e-commerce program from the Philippines. You will oversee US distribution orders from interface to departure from the distribution center, managing inflow, scheduling releases to fulfillment, and ensuring on-time shipping to meet daily cutoffs.

The role sits in the Order Administration department and offers a path to Senior Order Administration Specialist and Order Administration Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–3 years in order management, e-commerce fulfillment, or 3PL/logistics operations.
• Hands-on experience with WMS and/or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Experience supporting US-based clients in logistics or supply chain.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, with client-facing confidence.

Responsibilities

• Release B2C orders efficiently to the distribution floor, meeting customer cutoffs.
• Develop knowledge of B2C order types and routing to optimize release strategies.
• Coordinate promotional programs and plan releases ahead of volume spikes.
• Serve as liaison between customers and the facility to maintain relationships.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure ISO 9001 and 14001 compliance and Code of Conduct adherence.
• Maintain accurate order records and documentation.
