Job summary

TeleDial Call Center Incorporated in Pasig City is seeking experienced B2B Telco Sales Advisors to join its outbound sales team, supporting a U.S.-based telecommunications client.

You will prospect business customers, qualify needs, present telecom solutions, handle objections, and drive new opportunities through cold calling and lead follow-up, with weekends off and on-site night shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience.
• 1+ year of telecommunications (telco) sales experience.
• 1+ year of outbound cold-calling experience.
• Experience supporting U.S. customers or business accounts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to business customers and prospects in the U.S. market.
• Qualify prospects based on their business requirements, current services, and potential telecommunications needs.
• Present and recommend appropriate telecommunications solutions and service offerings.
• Explain product features, service benefits, pricing, and available options to business customers.
• Handle objections and address customer concerns related to telecommunications services.
• Generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, and lead follow-up.
• Follow up with prospects and work toward securing sales commitments.
• Consistently meet assigned sales, revenue, and activity targets.
