Job summary

Concentrix Philippines in Quezon City is seeking an experienced outbound sales professional to join our offshore B2B sales team. Based at Spark Cubao, you will conduct high-volume calls, identify business owners and decision-makers, and schedule qualified appointments with international clients.

You will work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, maintain accurate CRM records, and meet monthly acquisition targets.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in outbound sales within a BPO.
• Strong English communication and articulation.
• Strong probing, discovery, and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume outbound calling environment.
• Resilient and motivated in a target-driven sales environment.
• Willing to work on a permanent night shift schedule.
• Willing to work on-site at Shaw.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective business clients.
• Identify and engage business owners and key decision-makers.
• Build rapport, qualify prospects, and generate interest through consultative conversations.
• Handle objections effectively and communicate the value of our services.
• Schedule qualified appointments and contribute to monthly acquisition targets.
• Accurately document call activities and customer information in the CRM system.
