TeleDial Call Center Incorporated is seeking an experienced Enterprise Outbound Sales Representative who excels at winning new business and building relationships with enterprise clients. You will identify prospects, assess needs, present tailored solutions, and drive opportunities from prospecting to close.

This role is on-site in Metro Manila with night shift. You should have 2–3+ years in B2B or enterprise sales, strong consultative selling, and proven ability to meet targets.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of B2B/enterprise outbound sales experience.
• Proven cold calling and outbound prospecting skills.
• Experience selling to business clients, mid-market or enterprise accounts.
• Strong consultative selling and needs discovery skills.
• Excellent objection handling, negotiation, and closing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities through outbound channels.
• Engage decision-makers within enterprise and B2B accounts.
• Conduct needs discovery to understand client challenges and goals.
• Deliver tailored product and solution presentations.
• Manage objections and communicate value propositions.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline in the CRM.
• Follow-up and nurture prospects through the sales cycle.
• Negotiate and close new business.
• Achieve or exceed sales, revenue, and activity targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in the CRM.
