Job summary

TeleDial is seeking an experienced Enterprise Outbound Sales Representative to win new business and build strong relationships with business clients in the Philippines. You will identify and engage enterprise prospects, understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and drive opportunities from prospecting to close.

You will conduct discovery, deliver presentations, handle objections, and maintain a robust CRM-driven pipeline, aiming to exceed sales targets in a fast-paced startup

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in B2B, Enterprise, Outbound Sales, SDR, BDR, or similar sales roles.
• Proven experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Experience selling products or solutions to business clients, preferably mid-market or enterprise accounts.
• Strong consultative selling and needs-discovery skills.
• Excellent objection handling, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and working with CRM platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Highly target-driven, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Ability to engage and influence decision-makers at different levels of an organization.
• Willingness to work onsite and on a night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and other outbound channels.
• Engage decision-makers and key stakeholders within enterprise and B2B accounts
• Conduct needs discovery to understand the client's business challenges, goals, and requirements
• Deliver compelling product and solution presentations tailored to customer needs
• Manage objections and effectively communicate value propositions
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Conduct follow-ups and nurture prospects throughout the sales cycle
• Negotiate with prospects and secure commitments to close new business
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and pipeline information in the CRM
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales, revenue, and activity targets
