Qualifications

• Previous experience in the BPO, call center, customer service, or similar industry.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Clear and neutral English accent.
• Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast paced and target driven environment.
• Organized, detail oriented, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to industry professionals and potential experts.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with people from different industries and backgrounds.
• Identify and engage relevant experts based on project requirements.
• Ask relevant questions and gather accurate information during calls.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of call outcomes.
• Support multiple research projects and manage assigned tasks efficiently.
• Meet established call and quality targets.
• Work closely with the team to ensure project requirements are met.
