Qualifications

• At least 1 year of strong sales experience.
• Experience in B2B sales preferred, ideally focused on large catalogs for the US market.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in the healthcare industry preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales calls for existing accounts and new customer acquisition.
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotations using the client’s ERP system.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and sales conditions effectively.
• Provide dedicated pre‑sales support and thorough post‑sales follow‑up.
• Conduct proactive telemarketing campaigns.
• Achieve defined sales quotas and consistently meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with teams for customer issue resolution.
• Develop product knowledge to address customer queries.
