Job summary

GoBuid is seeking a Sales Development Specialist in Metro Manila to drive high-volume outbound prospecting and generate qualified demo bookings. You will hunt leads, pursue decision-makers, and build your own pipeline with LinkedIn, cold calls, and email campaigns.

You will refine messaging through A/B testing, track results in the CRM, and maintain meticulous records from first contact to handover. English communication must be strong.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in B2B outbound sales, SDR, telesales, or lead generation roles.
• Strong outbound prospecting and lead generation ability, including LinkedIn search and targeting, cold calling and email outreach, and independent lead generation and pipeline building.
• Proven ability to book meetings in a high-volume outbound environment.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• CRM usage (Zoho or HubSpot preferred).
• Comfortable with structured KPIs and daily activity targets.
• Analytical mindset—able to track results and improve messaging through A/B testing.
• Resilient, coachable, and consistent in rejection-heavy environments.
• Experience with tools like Apollo or similar prospecting platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound outreach across cold calls, LinkedIn prospecting and messaging, and email outreach campaigns.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers such as Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Safety Officers, Procurement Heads, Directors and Owners.
• Build and manage your own lead pipeline through proactive research and targeting.
• Use LinkedIn and other tools to search and identify qualified leads, find direct decision-makers and contact paths, and build targeted prospect lists.
• Conduct structured cold calls with clear, persuasive messaging and develop and refine cold call scripts and email sequences.
• Run at least 2 script variations per role and continuously test messaging across channels, tracking performance metrics in CRM.
• Maintain accurate CRM records at every stage from first contact through closed/won or lost.
• Conduct structured discovery during qualifying calls to identify key pain points, current tools and systems, and features of interest.
• Confirm demo attendance via reminder calls and messages and support smooth handover to demo team with complete context.
• Support closing efforts for trial users and assist in post-demo follow-ups when needed.
