Job summary

VA Masters is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative in the Philippines to execute high-volume outbound prospecting into mid-market and enterprise accounts. You will identify decision-makers, initiate conversations, and schedule qualified meetings for our senior sales team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

The role requires excellent English, comfort with rejection, and strong CRM discipline.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven outbound B2B sales development experience.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional phone presence.
• Comfortable with high daily call volume and consistent rejection.
• Hands-on experience with a sales CRM for logging activity and managing pipeline.
• Strong prospect research skills and ability to identify the right decision-maker.
• Ability to work to activity targets and report results with accurate numbers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calling to prospects in target industries and company-size brackets.
• Identify and research target accounts and decision-makers, building accurate prospect lists.
• Qualify prospects against defined criteria before booking meetings for the senior sales team.
• Book, confirm, and follow up on qualified meetings with target personas.
• Log every call, email, and touchpoint in Apollo, keeping records accurate and current.
• Manage multi-touch outreach sequences across calls and email follow-ups.
• Maintain and clean CRM data, including contact details, account records, and pipeline stages.
• Track outreach activity and prepare regular performance reports on calls made, connects, conversations, and meetings booked.
• Follow up persistently on warm leads and no-shows to keep the pipeline moving.
• Share feedback on messaging, objections heard, and list quality to sharpen the outbound approach.
