Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute daily outbound campaigns through email, phone and LinkedIn.
• Identify decision-makers across target industries.
• Use sales tools and AI-powered platforms to personalize outreach at scale.
• Generate qualified meetings and discovery calls for the sales pipeline.
• Maintain consistent outbound activity levels and follow-up schedules.
• Conduct discovery calls using established qualification frameworks.
• Present product demonstrations and solutions to prospective clients.
• Manage smaller sales opportunities from qualification through close.
• Coordinate with senior leadership on larger or more complex deals.
• Guide prospects through the sales process and maintain momentum toward the next step.
• Accurately document all sales activities, conversations and opportunities within the CRM.
• Track pipeline progress and ensure timely follow-up on all active prospects.
• Monitor outreach performance and contribute to sales reporting efforts.
• Leverage automation, prospecting tools and AI technologies to improve efficiency.
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries generated through marketing and website channels.
• Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Ensure a seamless transition from inquiry to sales engagement.
