Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BPO sales calling experience or any role involving communication with English-speaking clients.
• Full-Cycle Sales experience: End-to-End Sales, Account Executive (AE), or Closing Role.
• High-Ticket or B2B Sales Focus: Inbound & Outbound Calls.
• CRM and Sales Tool proficiency.
• Industry-Related Sales Experience: Telco, Financial Loans, Recruitment sales.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calling & appointment setting daily using company scripts and sequences.
• Qualify leads, build rapport, and book appointments with business owners.
• Sales execution & closing.
• Conduct Business Evaluation Meetings to assess client needs and pain points.
• Deliver compelling, consultative presentations aligned with company solutions and client objectives.
