Qualifications

• Experience in BPO with at least 2 years, including 1 year in BPO sales.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a target-based environment and achieve sales goals.
• Knowledge of call center telephony and technology.
• Strong data entry and typing skills.
• Stress tolerance and resilience.
• Coachable with a positive attitude.
