Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a B2B Sales Advisor I in Metro Manila to interface with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or online channels for selling basic products and services. You will process orders, provide information, and deliver essential customer service while pursuing sales targets.

Greet customers professionally, probe needs, maintain product knowledge, and ensure orders and billing questions are handled accurately to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Achieve specific sales targets and maximize sale opportunities on each and every call.
• Use probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer the most appropriate product or service.
• Maintain broad knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures.
• Ensure service delivered meets contractual sales goals and KPIs.
• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; build rapport.
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding and provide resolution.
• Prepare complete and accurate work including notating accounts as required.
• Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
• Answer billing questions by discussing components of customer accounts.

• Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required.
• Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
• Answer billing questions by talking through components of customer accounts.
