Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a B2B Sales Representative to join our team in Makati. You will drive renewals, upsell opportunities, and manage a high-volume outreach via phone and email.

You will forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales, while building deep product knowledge to assess client needs and promote solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams ensures a superior customer experience and ongoing adoption of our offerings.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of prior experience in a customer service or sales capacity preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed individual and team sales quotas or goals.
• Strong communication skills with customers in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with high-volume calling is required.
• Ability to learn and optimize new technology and data.
• Advanced problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and solid written/verbal communication.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM is required; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue-based quotas by selling renewals, products, and services; upsell when applicable.
• Work within the dedicated territory for an established client.
• Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
• Develop strong product knowledge and understand client needs and requirements.
• Promote products/services to existing clients and drive adoption post-purchase.
• Utilize data to identify at-risk accounts and opportunities to remediate concerns.
• Manage high volume of outbound contacts via phone and email daily.
• Maintain professionalism in all customer interactions and partnerships with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and CRM usage.
• Maintain CRM data timely and accurately.
• Potentially mentor junior staff and attend events as needed.
