Qualifications

• 4–5 years of account management experience.
• Experience with Salesforce.com (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Strong communication in a fast-paced environment while developing positive relationships.
• Proven track record of success in sales or account management.
• Passion for exceptional customer experience and sales.
• Aptitude to learn and optimize new technology and data.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to prioritize and multitask in a time-sensitive environment.
• Execute independent judgement and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of moderately complex client accounts and develop processes for favorable relationships.
• Ensure client's customers are satisfied with products and services, and resolve escalated issues.
• Achieve revenue-based quotas based on management of client accounts and supporting processes.
• Evaluate client needs and propose potential solutions.
• Serve as single point of contact for the client customer and coordinate client service teams.
• Use data to remediate customer concerns and roadblocks.
• Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections effectively.
• Work with multiple stakeholders, building relationships with decision-makers at all levels.
• Manage sales territory and achieve monthly quotas.
• Negotiate in tough situations and identify risks with contingency plans.
