Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated territory and team to achieve revenue-based quota by selling renewals/services.
• Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
• Master product knowledge and technical understanding to assess client requirements.
• Address customer concerns and roadblocks to drive satisfaction and product usage.
• Handle objections to retain or win customers amid competitive pressures.
• Manage high volume of customer contacts via phone and email daily, mostly outbound.
• Collaborate with team/management to deliver professional customer experiences.
• Maintain CRM data to ensure complete and accurate records.
• Undertake sales motions like lead qualification, conversion, health checks, and renewals.
