Job summary

Concentrix in Makati City, Philippines, is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Renewal Sales to join our team. You will drive renewals and service sales within a dedicated client territory, with outbound calls and emails to maintain revenue growth.

You will forecast weekly/monthly results, build product knowledge, address customer roadblocks, and maintain CRM data accuracy. This role offers training and career growth within a global, people-centric company.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in customer service or sales.
Proven track record of meeting personal and team sales quotas.
Experience with high-volume calling.
Experience learning new technology and data.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs.
Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
Willingness to work from home.

Responsibilities

Sell renewals/services within a dedicated territory and team to meet revenue quotas.
Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
Develop product knowledge and tech understanding to assess client needs and propose solutions.
Address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction and product usage.
Handle objections and competitive pressures to retain or win customers.
Maintain a high volume of customer contacts via phone and email, primarily outbound.
Collaborate with team and management to deliver professional customer experiences.
Maintain CRM data to capture all relevant information.
Lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, and renewing contracts as needed.
