MicroSourcing is seeking an Employer Onboarding Specialist in Eastwood, Quezon City. The role focuses on onboarding and engaging employer partners, guiding end-to-end platform setup, and educating payroll and HR teams.

You will conduct virtual onboarding sessions, coordinate with Sales, Compliance, and Operations, and maintain CRM records to ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to BAU operations.

Qualificações

• Proven background in B2B client onboarding, corporate accounts, or relationship-focused sales support.
• Strong verbal presentation and stakeholder management skills for clear explanations via phone and video calls.
• Ability to learn and articulate payroll workflows, salary packaging deductions, and corporate admin requirements.
• High attention to detail in updating CRM platforms, tracking onboarding stages, and archiving docs.
• Self-driven, capable of managing a pipeline of prospective corporate accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Employer Outreach & Engagement: Contact employer HR, payroll, and benefits contacts to initiate partnership discussions.
• Platform Onboarding & Setup: Guide employer stakeholders through end-to-end onboarding workflow, collect agreements and configure accounts.
• Payroll & Tax Education: Explain salary sacrifice mechanics and payroll deductions to employer teams.
• Virtual Presentations & Briefings: Conduct professional onboarding sessions and platform walkthroughs via Microsoft Teams.
• Cross-Functional Transition: Work with Sales, Compliance, and Operations to transition onboarding to BAU.
• CRM & Record Administration: Maintain detailed records of employer interactions and onboarding stages in CRM.
