Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in lead generation, telemarketing, sales support, or business development is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and online research/prospecting tools.
• Skilled in cold calling, cold emailing, and lead qualification.
• Strong communication, research, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Able to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple tasks.
• B2B, heavy equipment, or industrial industry experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential B2B customers using Apollo, LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, directories, trade associations, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a database of qualified prospects and key decision-makers.
• Conduct cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups.
• Qualify leads based on equipment needs, industry, fleet size, budget, timeline, location, and buying authority.
• Schedule qualified meetings and endorse prospects to the Sales Team.
• Maintain accurate and updated CRM records, customer profiles, interactions, and follow-up schedules.
• Assist with sales coordination, customer inquiries, meeting preparation, and opportunity tracking.
• Monitor competitor pricing, equipment brands, market trends, customer needs, and industry developments.
• Prepare weekly lead generation and status reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments as needed.
