TRANSCOSMOS ASIA PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking an energetic candidate for a B2B Lead Generation outbound calling role based in Metro Manila. You will make outbound calls to US and EU prospects, introduce products, and gather emails while building professional relationships.

The position is project-based for 3 or 6 months, with shifting schedules including night shifts or 24/7/16/7 coverage. Requirements include at least a Senior High School diploma, BPO/outbound experience, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate.
• BPO or outbound calling experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging business prospects.
• Confident in handling objections and communicating with decision-makers.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts.
• Flexible to work on a 24/7 or 16/7 operational schedule.
• Willing to work on a project-based contract.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients in the US and EU.
• Introduce the company's products or services to prospective clients.
• Obtain prospects' permission to receive marketing materials.
• Collect and verify business email addresses.
