Scale Up Philippines is seeking a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing Sales Team. You will drive B2B outreach, research potential clients across international markets, and book discovery calls to fuel the sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of lead generation or cold-calling experience, excellent English, and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, and CRMs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of B2B lead generation, cold calling, or appointment-setting experience.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients across Australia, the US, UK, and other international markets.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
• Build targeted prospect lists and connect with key decision-makers.
• Qualify leads and book discovery calls for the Sales Team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activities.
• Meet daily and weekly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
