Profile Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales lead generation, telemarketing, or outbound calling within the life and healthcare insurance industries.
• Proven experience with high-volume outbound cold calling and scripted lead-generation campaigns.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly engage, qualify, and build rapport with prospects.
• Comfortable transferring live leads and setting appointments for sales agents without directly handling the sales process.
• Must be results-driven, reliable, and able to focus exclusively on lead generation rather than selling.

Core responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers within the life and healthcare insurance industries.
• Follow established calling scripts and lead-generation processes to engage prospects professionally and consistently.
• Identify and qualify prospects based on basic lead criteria and their potential interest in life or healthcare insurance.
• Generate qualified leads through proactive outbound telemarketing efforts.
• Transfer live, qualified leads directly to licensed sales agents for further handling.
• Schedule appointments for sales agents with qualified prospects when a live transfer is not appropriate or available.
• Accurately document call outcomes, prospect information, lead status, and follow-up requirements in the designated system or CRM.
• Maintain consistent call activity and lead-generation performance while providing a professional and positive prospect experience.
