Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years in B2B lead generation, outbound sales, or business development.
• Proven experience generating B2B leads through outbound outreach.
• Experience engaging with owners, HR managers, finance officers, or C-level decision-makers.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Filipino.
• Proficient in HubSpot, Zoho, or similar CRM tools.
• Familiar with LinkedIn prospecting and digital lead research.
• Ability to independently source, verify, and enrich lead data.
• Willing to be measured by pipeline performance and demo conversions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct B2B prospecting to identify potential clients and decision-makers.
• Build and maintain lead databases in CRM platforms.
• Execute outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, calls, SMS, and Viber.
• Write personalized outreach messages to drive responses and demos.
• Qualify leads using frameworks such as BANT.
• Coordinate with Sales/Business Development for lead handoff and pipeline tracking.
• Monitor campaign metrics like open rates, reply rates, and conversions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and proper documentation.
• Continually learn YAHSHUA products to communicate value propositions.
