Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–3 years in a B2B, SaaS, or client-facing sales role.
• Exposure to consultative or solution-based selling is an advantage.
• Prior experience in HRIS, Payroll, or business software is a plus — not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and qualify B2B leads for YAHSHUA solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle: discovery to product demo to proposal to negotiation to closing.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and field visits.
• Conduct client-specific product demonstrations tailored to business needs.
• Analyze client requirements, industry trends, and competitors to refine sales approach.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding post-sale.
• Provide regular reports on pipeline status, field activity, and deal progress.
