Qualifications

• Strong background in B2B sales, lead generation, cold calling, and appointment setting.
• Preferably experience in a BPO, outsourcing, or client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential business clients through various prospecting channels.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other sales strategies.
• Initiate outbound conversations to introduce the company's products, services, and business solutions.
• Qualify prospects by identifying their business needs, interests, and potential requirements.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers.
• Schedule appointments, sales presentations, and business meetings for the sales team.
• Conduct consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Handle initial client inquiries and address basic objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect information, interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales development targets, lead generation quotas, and appointment-setting KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Business Development and Sales teams to improve lead conversion and client acquisition.
