You will conduct cold calling, email outreach, and market research to build a robust sales pipeline, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to close deals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years total experience in the BPO industry.
• At least 1 year in BPO B2B sales.
• At least 1 year hands-on lead generation experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and meet sales targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
