• Arrange qualified sales conversations with the sales team.
• Provide relevant prospect notes and qualification information to support sales discussions.
• Gather prospect requirements and coordinate quotation requests with the sales team.
• Follow up on quotations issued by the team.
• Maintain accurate contact records, outreach histories, opportunity stages, and next actions in the designated CRM or sales tracker.
• Keep sales pipeline information updated and organized.
• Track and report on outreach activities, prospect engagement, and sales outcomes.
