Job summary

GSS HR Solutions Private Limted in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee and grow IT services accounts. The role focuses on lead generation, nurturing existing clients, qualifying opportunities, and converting leads into sales, with close collaboration with the technical team.

You will present to clients, manage billing processes, generate pipelines and reports, and support accounts receivable.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any IT-related courses.
• Position may also consider graduates of Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Commerce, or any business-related course.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages lead generation as well as nurturing of all current accounts.
• Identifies and qualifies account opportunities. Converts leads to sales.
• Monitors and manages account segmentation, industry identification and client communication.
• If needed, conducts client presentations.
• Collaborates with immediate head in the development of new businesses.
• Maintains and updates client records and updates, news and changes.
• Communicates, monitors, and ensures proper billing and accreditation procedures.
• Reports generation: pipeline/funnels, annual and monthly reports, and profit/loss generation.
• Collaborates with the technical team for scope, assumptions and constraints to translate requirements into a quantitative value.
• Enlists the support of technical specialists and resources as needed.
• Assists in Accounts Receivable in completion of needed paper works.
