Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a focused Business Development Associate to handle essential non-client facing tasks within the BDA team. You will support pre-sales and post-sales activities, manage accreditation and documentation, and keep the CMDB updated with device details.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, timely updates, and a proactive approach to supporting frontline teams in securing more business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management preferred.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to establish trust with clients and colleagues.
• Target-oriented and resilient to changing priorities.
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Maintains a professional demeanor and updates skills regularly.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accreditation process, including document preparation and uploading.
• Handle data encoding for pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Assist with client's renewal process.
• Support pre-sales by assisting DMAs with data extraction and CRM updates.
• Assist post-sales by updating CMDB with new device details.
• Update internal knowledge base (KB) as directed by BDA Team Leader or Director of Business Development.
