Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Marketing & Business Support Administrator to provide hands-on support across marketing, sales, customer service, and wider operations. The role is a 50/50 split between marketing and broader business support, requiring adaptability in a small team with ownership of new responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has a marketing background, strong organisational skills, and comfort wearing multiple hats in a growing business.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing, Marketing Administration, or related role.
• Exposure to digital and email marketing activities.
• Experience supporting campaigns and promotional activities.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willing to work onsite with UK-aligned hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for marketing activities and campaigns.
• Assist with marketing communications and content updates.
• Plan and coordinate marketing activities.
• Maintain accurate marketing records.
• Support email campaigns and Mailchimp workflows.
• Assist with Google Ads and other digital marketing tasks.
• Support sales and customer service documentation.
• Update and maintain ERP/business system information.
• Learn company processes and apply them in daily tasks.
• Take on additional responsibilities as business needs change.
