Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks an experienced Delivery Manager/Account Manager to drive end-to-end IT delivery for client business units. You will align IT plans with business goals and ensure successful project outcomes from ideation to implementation.

You will conduct regular client touchpoints, manage budgets, and collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities and secure timely delivery of BAU enhancements and strategic IT initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in an Account Manager or client-facing IT role.
• Experience delivering IT solutions in client-facing environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Contract management experience (SOW, MA, MITA).
• Ability to align IT plans with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Align IT plans of business units with their goals.
• Conduct regular client touchpoints to provide project status.
• Lead initiation and idealisation activities for enhancements.
• Review costs and budget for projects.
• Negotiate resource contention and delivery dates with clients.
• Assess and evaluate BAU enhancements requested by business units.
• Prepare business cases and high-level requirements documents for technology solutions.
• Establish collaboration with business units and stakeholders.
