Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is hiring for a Manager, Business Development to build a qualified enterprise software sales pipeline and shape commercial strategy for international markets. The role offers on-site work in Ortigas with night shifts and exposure to global B2B SaaS sales.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in sales, a degree or equivalent experience, and comfort using AI-enabled tools while maintaining data confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a sales role.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI-enabled tools responsibly, validate outputs, and protect confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Apply qualification frameworks to leads to improve sales effectiveness.
• Drive pipeline growth through inbound and outbound activities.
• Leverage sales engagement tools to accelerate prospecting and pipeline growth.
• Partner with sales leadership to tailor campaigns and messaging.
• Implement and enhance sales development workflows to increase lead velocity and quality.
