The ideal candidate will have at least three years of people management experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally with B2B, B2C, or X2B operations. Key responsibilities include overseeing team performance and ensuring high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in people management in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Experience managing B2B, B2C, and X2B operations.
• Experience in managing fintech or financial accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive team success against key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage performance of multiple direct reports including Business Customer Associates.
• Develop partnerships with other departments for service resolution.
