Job summary

Remitly is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead business operations in Manila, ensuring world‑class support for Remitly Business products globally. You will manage, develop and coach operations teams, drive SLA attainment and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple markets.

You will partner with Program Managers, Product and Compliance teams, shaping operational roadmaps, metrics, and staffing to sustain high performance and exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Operations Management experience in B2B/Fintech contexts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills are required.
• Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop operations teams across global Remitly Business products.
• Drive KPIs, performance management and employee development.
• Oversee hiring decisions, succession planning and policy implementation.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, Compliance and CS initiatives to meet SLAs and improve processes.
• Ensure operations capacity aligns with shifts and initiatives, maintaining service levels.
